Description
The double-toothed polyurethane toothed belts D-T10 are manufactured with a pitch of 10 mm. The tooth profile has a symmetrical design, i.e. the size of the tooth is the size of the adjacent tooth space. The force-bearing thread is made of steel. (But there are also Kevlar fiber designs.) On both sides of the strap, the teeth are offset from each other. That is, where there is a tooth on one side, there is a valley on the other
The D-T10 toothed belt is 7mm high, the tooth height is 2.5mm, the wedge angle of the teeth is 40 degrees, the width of the tooth is 3.48mm on the flat surface and 5.3mm in the tooth root. It can be operated by means of a T10 ribbed wheel.
The weight given refers to a strap with a width of 1mm. The width of the D-T10 toothed belts is available in mm. When ordering, it is necessary to specify how wide the strap should be. (You can choose any width, standard widths are 16mm, 25mm, 32mm, 50mm.) Price and MOQ: 1 mm belt width.
This strap is individually cut from the sleeve made in the factory when ordering from the customer. Since it is considered a custom production, we do not exchange or take it back, and we do not accept withdrawal from the customer after the start of production (sending the confirmation).
