Profile Toothed Belt T10
Description
Polyurethane toothed belts type T10 are made with a pitch of 10 mm. The tooth profile has a symmetrical design, i.e. the size of the tooth is the size of the adjacent tooth space. The force-bearing thread is made of steel. The T10 toothed belt is 4.5mm high, the tooth height is 2.5mm, the wedge angle of the teeth is 40 degrees, the width of the tooth is 3.48mm on the flat surface and 5.3mm in the tooth. It can be operated by means of a T10 ribbed wheel.
The weight given refers to a strap with a width of 1mm. The width of the toothed belts T10 is available in mm. When ordering, it is necessary to specify how wide the strap should be. (You can choose any width, standard widths are 16mm, 25mm, 32mm, 50mm.) Price and quantity unit: 1 mm.
Attention! The standard T10 pulley doesn't fit the T10 toothed belt completely without playback! If you want to design a play-free T10 drive, you will need to order a custom-made pulley "T10-SE" or "T10-0", depending on the desired accuracy. (Or choose another type of toothed belt!)
This strap is individually cut from the sleeve made in the factory about 1 m wide when ordered. Since it is considered a custom production, we do not exchange or take it back, and we do not accept withdrawal from the customer after the start of production (sending the confirmation).
