T10 pulleys
Description
The ribbed wheels for the metric toothed belts T10 are made of aluminium with flanges up to 40 teeth and rimless from 44 teeth. For rimless versions, belt guide flange can be purchased separately. Tooth depth: 3,4mm, Tooth width: 3,4mm, Wedge angle: 50°, Tooth tip radius: 0,8mm, Tooth radius: 0,6mm. Standard pulleys T10 are suitable for belt widths of 16, 25, 32 mm. For toothed belts of other widths, a pulley can be formed from a rack and pinion.
Learn more in the downloadable catalog. The nominal width in the table shows the total width of the dial. You can put 16mm sit in the 31mm wide disc, a 25mm wide belt in the 40mm wide one, a 32mm wide belt in the 47mm wide disc, and a 50mm wide belt in the 66mm wide disc.
Attention! The standard T10 pulley doesn't fit the T10 toothed belt completely without playback! If you want to design a play-free T10 drive, you will need to order a custom-made pulley "T10-SE" or "T10-0", depending on the desired accuracy. (Or choose another type of toothed belt!)
In the case of Sati**** branded products, the delivered product is not always Sati branded, but in some cases Optibelt, Concar or other branded products, but completely identical in design to Sati.
