SPB (17) pre-drilled disc
Description
The basic drilled pulley with a centering hole in the middle, possibly a centering marking. Each disc can be drilled and customized within the range specified by the manufacturer (in field Size3). The disadvantage is that it requires machining, i.e. we will need cutting to make the hole and latch track. In the Size3 field, we indicated the hole range to which the pulley can be safely drilled, according to the manufacturer. Suitable for all straps with a profile width of 17mm. B, SPB, XPB, 5V, 5L (also 5L, but for lawn mowers we recommend using the disc provided by the manufacturer.)
The dials are numbered: SPB nominal diameter / number of tracks and an E, which indicates that the disc is pre-drilled... The maximum diameter (Do) of pulleys marked SPB shall be at least 7 mm larger than the nominal diameter (measured at the location of the force carrier). SPB discs shall have a minimum pitch depth of not less than 14 mm calculated from the nominal diameter (Dp) measured at the point of the support fibre. In the case of Sati**** branded products, the delivered product is not always Sati branded, but in some cases Optibelt, Concar or other branded products, but completely identical in design to Sati.
