Flowing meter toothed belts made of rubber
General information
Rubber toothed belts, which can be purchased in running metres, are manufactured with standard tooth pitches and cut into standard widths in accordance with toothed belts of endless production. They are usually used as movement belts for linear movements, e.g. gates, doors, lifting devices. Rubber toothed belts are only suitable for this linear handling activity and cannot be professionally spliced. The running meter belts are fixed with a clamping plate placed at their ends.

Rubber running metre toothed belts are made with pitches corresponding to normal toothed belts in standard widths. When purchasing, you must select a variant corresponding to the desired width of the product, and then specify the desired length and number of pieces when placing the order. The length shall be expressed in metres. Specified as decimals, belts can be ordered with millimeter accuracy.
The actual length size delivered is always rounded to the size corresponding to the division, because the belts are always cut in the middle between two teeth. Example: We order 1 meter length from MXL toothed belt. The MXL strap has a division of 2,032. We deliver whole size, i.e. 492 teeth will be delivered. Its real length will be 999.75 millimetres. If the ordered size does not exactly match the size corresponding to the division, the size corresponding to the last whole tooth number will always be delivered.
The rubber toothed belt profiles available in running meters are: MXL, XL, L, H, HTD3M (RPP3), HTD5M (RPP5), HTD8M (RPP8), STD8 (S8M)
The running meter toothed belts are individually cut to size, we do not accept withdrawal from the order after cancelling the order. We do not take back or replace the cut straps!
