Rack and pinion clutches

Description

Rack and pinion clutches (also known as Sitex clutch, Bowex clutch) consist of two outer toothed steel hubs and a piece of internally toothed plastic "insert". Since the "insert" is located outside, it is often called a sleeve. Rack and pinion clutches are made in two hub lengths. The normal hub length is not marked, there is an L in the part number of the long designs. Rack and pinion clutches are well suited for both axial and radial angular deviation. Rack and pinion clutches can be installed horizontally or vertically. They tolerate temperature changes well. They can operate permanently from -25 to +95 degrees. They can withstand temperatures up to + 125 degrees Celsius for a short time.
