SPZ (10) clamping disc

Description

Standard V-belt pulleys can have several fastening methods. The advantage of the tapered clamp (Taper Bush) version is that it does not require subsequent metalworking. For the desired mount, you need to choose a tapered clamp whose shaft size meets our expectations and can be installed in the drive. The disadvantage is that oversized holes cannot be used, i.e. for "small disc - large shaft" tasks you will not be able to find a suitable product.SPZ pulleys can be used for belts marked Z.

(~10mm wide profile straps: Z, SPZ, XPZ, AVX10, 3L) Part number of the discs: SPZ nominal diameter / number of tracks - type number of the tapered clamping that can be matched. The maximum diameter (Do) of pulleys marked SPZ shall be at least 4 mm larger than the nominal diameter (measured at the location of the force carrier). The minimum track depth of SPZ discs shall be at least 9 mm calculated from the nominal diameter (Dp) measured at the location of the power carrier. In the case of Sati**** branded products, the delivered product is not always Sati branded, but in some cases Optibelt, Concar or other branded products, but completely identical in design to Sati.
