Profile D-H double-toothed toothed belt
Description
Classic double-toothed toothed belts are suitable for non-slip drive transmission (as in the case of chain drive), since not only the friction force, but also teeth hold the belt in position. They are made of rubber with fiberglass force-bearing thread. Due to its American origin, it has an inch size division. (The inch size of the length is obtained by dividing the model number by 10.)
The D-H profile toothed belts have a pitch of 12.7 (1/2 inch) mm. The teeth of the D-H belts have a wedge angle of 40 degrees. The total profile height is 5.9mm.
The width of the D-H toothed belts is available in mm. When ordering, it is necessary to specify how wide the strap should be. (Any width can be selected, standard widths are: 19.05mm = dial code 075, 25.4mm = dial code 100, 38.1mm = dial code 150, 50.8mm = dial code 200, 76.2mm = dial code 300) Price and MOQ: 1 mm belt width.
This strap is individually cut from the sleeve made in the factory when ordering from the customer. Since it is considered a custom production, we do not exchange or take it back, and we do not accept withdrawal from the customer after the start of production (sending the confirmation).
