Automotive PK longitudinal belt

Description

Standard longitudinal belts (also known as micro-ribbed or Poly-V) combine the advantages of flat belts and wedge profile belts. They fit in a small space, do not require a large disc, yet have a large adhesive surface, so they can transfer large forces. They achieve high belt speeds and are not susceptible to shock stress.

PK profile automotive longitudinal belts are primarily used on vehicles, but they can also often be found on power machines and generators. Their profile height is 4.6mm, and the inter-rib pitch is 3.56mm measured from mid-rib to mid-rib. The wedge angle of the longitudinal ribs is 40 degrees.

The versions made of EPDM material are identical in design to the heat-resistant longitudinal belts. If you can't find the size you want, check out our group of heat-resistant PK belts, as there may be a suitable size or you can order it with a custom width.
