22x17 (CC/HCC) hexagon strap
Description
The hexagonal V-belts can transfer the drive with both sides in the so-called serpentine drives, where the directions of rotation can change. The rubber core is covered with fabric, the force-bearing thread is located in the center of the belt. The two-sided version of the C belts is CC. with a profile width of 22mm and a profile height of 17mm.
It is usually used on agricultural machinery, but can also occur in industrial use. CC belts can be used in SPC discs, but you should refer to the manufacturer's specifications regarding the disc material.
The typical size of hexagonal profile straps is the inner size specified in inch size (Li inch). In the Size fields, enter the nominal profile width in millimeters, the effective length size (Le) specified by the manufacturer in millimeters, and the nominal internal size in millimeters and inches. The millimeter size specified by different manufacturers may differ for belts with the same nominal inch size! The table shows the Lp catalog values given by the manufacturers in millimeters, the Li size in the description is a calculated value. Except in extreme cases, V-belts of the same inch size are interchangeable! If you do not know the exact millimeter size prescribed by the manufacturer of your machine, pay attention only to the inch size or part number when choosing the right product for you, ignore the other numbers.
