Description
Narrow profile clad V-belts with the same profile width have a higher profile height than classic V-belts. Due to the larger adhesive surface, they provide greater torque transmission and generally longer service life. Typically, they are black in color. The SPZ V-belt is a pair of Z belts with increased profile height (8mm height). Due to discrimination, some manufacturers have a nominal profile width of 9.7mm instead of 10. For simplicity, we list a section width of 10mm for each narrow profile ~10 strap.
