Description
HTD-3M toothed belt discs have a semicircular profile on the teeth and in the valleys. The HTD3M toothed belt with the correct pitch fits into this. HTD-3M racks are typically made of aluminum. HTD-3M racks are available in widths from 75 to 200mm. Pulleys of individual width can be made from racks by cutting. Toothed belt discs made of rack and pinion bars can be made rimless, or they can be flanged using a belt guide flange. When designing a drive, the gear ratio is calculated from the ratio of the number of teeth (as in the case of sprockets). Size2 is the number of teeth and Size3 is the width.
