Narrow profile, fireproof V-belts

General information

 

PIX Fras fireproof antistatic V-belts comply with IS2494 Part II and are ATEX certified, have drive properties equivalent to standard V-belts, but offer a high level of fire protection. During operation, they do not emit flammable substances and are 10-15 times more antistatic than products that meet the ISO1813 standard. They have an increased heat dissipation rate. They also offer excellent performance on smaller disc diameters and longer service life.

PIX Fras fireproof, antistatic narrow profli V-belts can be made in SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, XPZ, XPA profiles. As you can see from the short list, these products are not always stock items, only the more familiar sizes are stored. Other sizes can be produced on request. In the case of production, a minimum quantity is determined.

V-belts with PIX Fras narrow profile profile are produced in metric dimensions. Their typical size, Pitch Lenght (Lp), is indicated in the Size2 field. The inch dimensions in the Size3 field are calculated values.
