Profile PL longitudinal belt
Description
Standard longitudinal belts (also known as micro-ribbed or Poly-V) combine the advantages of flat belts and wedge profile belts. They fit in a small space, do not require a large disc, yet have a large adhesive surface, so they can transfer large forces. They achieve high belt speeds and are not susceptible to shock stress.
PL profile standard longitudinal belts are mainly used on large compressors, oil industry pumps, seeders, industrial washing machines and industrial dryers, but can also occur in other applications. Their profile height is 7mm, the division between the ribs is 4.7mm. The wedge angle of the longitudinal ribs is 40 degrees. The Size3 field shows the length of the product measured in coll. The characteristics field shows the imperial sizable part number.
This product is stored in a reel, it is cut individually when ordering the buyer. Unit prices are for one rib. PL profile longitudinal belts will not be replaced or taken back, and we will not even accept withdrawal for these products after sending the confirmation!
