Profile AT5 toothed belt
Description
Polyurethane toothed belts type AT5 are made with a pitch of 5 mm. The tooth profile is not symmetrical, i.e. the tooth is twice as wide as the adjacent tooth space. The force-bearing thread is made of steel. The AT5 toothed belt is 2.7mm high, the tooth height is 1.2mm, the wedge angle of the teeth is 50 degrees, the width of the tooth is 2.5mm on the flat surface and 3.62mm in the tooth. It can be operated by means of an AT5 type ribbed wheel.
The weight given refers to a strap with a width of 1mm. AT5 toothed belts are available in mm in width. When ordering, it is necessary to specify how wide the strap should be. (You can choose any width, standard widths are 10mm, 16mm, 25mm.) Price and quantity unit: 1 mm.
This strap is individually cut from the sleeve made in the factory about 1 m wide when ordered. Since it is considered a custom production, we do not exchange or take it back, and we do not accept withdrawal from the customer after the start of production (sending the confirmation).
