Profile AT20 toothed belt
Description
Polyurethane toothed belts type AT20 are made with a pitch of 20 mm. The tooth profile is not symmetrical, i.e. the tooth is twice as wide as the adjacent tooth space. The force-bearing thread is made of steel. The AT20 toothed belt is 8 mm high, the tooth height is 5 mm, the wedge angle of the teeth is 50 degrees, the width of the tooth is 10 mm on the flat surface, mm in the gripper. It can be operated by driving an AT20 type ribbed wheel.
The weight given refers to a strap with a width of 1mm. The width of the AT20 toothed belts is available in mm. When ordering, it is necessary to specify how wide the strap should be. (Any width can be selected, standard widths are: 25mm, 32mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm.) Price and quantity unit: 1 mm.
This strap is individually cut from the sleeve made in the factory about 1 m wide when ordered. Since it is considered a custom production, we do not exchange or take it back, and we do not accept withdrawal from the customer after the start of production (sending the confirmation).
