HRC clutches
Description
HRC clutches are a special version of claw clutches. An HRC clutch consists of two hubs made of cast iron and a star insert made of nitrile rubber. A visible difference from normal claw clutches is that the insert sinks into the hub, which surrounds it with a metal rim. The insert of HRC clutches resembles the insert of normal claw clutches, but neither material nor size are interchangeable. HRC beds should only be used with HRC inserts!
HRC clutches are available in several versions. Type 'B' indicates the basic drilled version. Type 'F' refers to the internally mounted tapered clamping version. Type 'H' refers to externally mounted tapered clamping version. Conical clamping versions do not include a tapered clamp. It must be purchased separately HERE. The operating temperature of HRC type clutches ranges from -40 to +100 degrees Celsius. Learn more in the downloadable catalog.
