Motor fixing rails

Description

Anti-vibration motor tensioning rails are components used for simple and optimal pretensioning of belt drives and chain drives. They are ideal for more compact drives such as electric motors, geared motors and worm gears. The housing sizes of the electric motors that can be used for each pair of rails can be found in the description of the table below.

Covering frame sizes 63 to 225, Challenge slide rails are manufactured in galvanised steel with movable positioning blocks for rapid accurate drive alignment. We have rails up to house size 160 in our warehouse. The pressed steel rails are solidly fixed by three securing bolts while the motor is bolted to the rails eradicating vibration and noise whilst ensuring rigid positioning.  The motor is bolted to the slide rails and positioned with the aid of adjustment screws. The motor must be stopped and the motor bolts loosened before repositioning.
