General information
The bearing unit is a combination of the bearing housing and the bearing inside, possibly seals or clamps. The bearing unit - as its name indicates - must be mounted on the equipment as a complete unit. The task of the bearing units is to fix the shaft and ensure its rotation. it is customary to install at least two bearing units on one shaft. The letter symbol of a specific bearing unit refers to the bearing housing and bearing used in it. The number of the bearing units refers to the shaft size of the bearing installed in the bearing unit.
