Steel rack
Description
Racks made of steel can be purchased in different module sizes and different lengths. Steel racks are produced in module sizes 1.0 - 8.0. Racks with a nominal length of 500, 1000 and 2000 millimeters are available from the same module size. (The given length size is nominal, the real size differs slightly from the nominal length due to the division of the module, since it is not possible to make a rack with a fragmented tooth.) The 4.0 module steel racks are available in several profiles, the racks of the other modules are only available in one version.
The racks made of steel are designed in such a way that the racks can be stacked and joined together. A continuous gear track can be built from pieces built next to each other. The material of the racks made of steel is C45, without surface treatment. The switching angle of all products is 20 degrees.
The steel racks in this product group are compatible with the gears available in the same product group (with the correct module number).
