Description
The clip-splicable V-belt, also known as perforated V-belt, is used in places where it is not possible to break the drive system when changing the drive belt. Holes located on the V-belt can be used not only for joining, but also various fittings can be attached to the V-belt. IT IS PERFECT FOR THE IMMEDIATE, ON-SITE REPAIR OF ANY MACHINE OR EQUIPMENT. (We think this product is a standard accessory in every agricultural mechanic's warehouse!)
The price of the V-belts with a terminal meter is given in meters. When ordering, the length to be ordered must be expressed in meters, preferably to 2 decimal places. That is, for example, a belt with a length of 550 millimeters should be entered as 0.55 m. In the number of pieces field, you need to write how many pieces of the strap of the specified length the customer wants. The actual/final length of the belt is always determined by how the perforation falls relative to the specified size. Because cutting the belt must always be done halfway between the two perforation holes, since the clip must fit exactly into the holes!
The assembly of the belt must be carried out with the clasp that comes with it. The clasp is not included, it must be ordered separately! It can be found here. Its replacement product is the Acculink mounted V-belt.
The strap is cut when ordering. Once the order has been placed, we do not accept any withdrawal from the order. The cut strap is not replaced or taken back.
The Megadyne Contrafor brand is a discontinued product. That size that doesn't have stock won't be available. The SIT (Mitsuboshi) product is identical to the Contrafor belts, it is suitable for one-to-one replacement!
