11.5x8 (AVX11) automotive V-belt

Description

Automotive V-belts are usually very similar to narrow-profile toothed V-belts, but not this! The AVX11 V-belt is similar to the XPZ industrial V-belt, but NOT identical because it has an 11x8mm profile INSTEAD OF 10x8mm. So it might not be good instead of a ZX or XPZ strap! It can withstand high-speed drive and mini-disc pass-through. It has good oil resistance and vibration resistance. They can typically be used between -25 °C and +100 °C. Some of their dimensions have a different "trapezoid" serration than other serrated belts. They typically have little elongation and tolerate strain well.

For this belt, it is necessary to check the pulley to make sure that it can accommodate the larger section width. It is recommended to use it on machines and vehicles where it is prescribed. It can also help in cases where heavy pulley wear no longer allows you to use a V-belt with a profile size of 10...

Their typical size is the outer dimension (La) measured in millimeters.

The advantage of automotive V-belts over industrial belts is that they come in many sizes (close to each other), so they are often used for industrial or agricultural applications in machines where the wheelbase cannot be adjusted. (Because in the automotive industry, there are sizes that other belts don't.)
