PU running meter Profile L toothed belt
Description
The rubber running meter L-profile toothed belts have a pitch of 9.525mm. They come in standard widths such as 9.4 (037), 12.7 (050), 19.05 (075), 25.4 (100). When purchasing, you must select a variant corresponding to the desired width of the product, and then specify the desired length and number of pieces when placing the order. The length shall be expressed in metres. Specified as decimals, belts can be ordered with millimeter accuracy. The belts are fastened with an L clamping plate.
The actual length size delivered is always rounded to the size corresponding to the division, because the belts are always cut in the middle between two teeth. Example: We order a length of 1 meter from an L toothed belt. The L strap division is 9,525. We deliver whole size, i.e. 105 teeth will be delivered. Its real length will be 1000.13 millimeters. If the ordered size does not exactly match the size corresponding to the division, the nearest size corresponding to the nominal size, corresponding to the whole number of teeth, will always be delivered.
PU L profile toothed belts can be made in OPEN and INFINITY BAKED versions. The minimum length of the baked belts is 900mm. The tensile strength of the baked sak is half the tensile strength of the original belt! By default, we supply an OPEN strap. Please clearly mark it in the comment section of the order if you request the strap to be endlessly baked.
