PU running meter Profile ATG5 toothed belt
Description
ATG5 toothed belts belong to the conveyor belt product group with Megadyne Megalinear V-belt guide. Their teeth correspond to the standard AT5 division, but there is a V-belt-like guide design in the middle of the belt. The middle wedge profile design can be 6mm (K6).
Their material is polyurethane white in hardness 92 ShA. The standard force-bearing fiber is steel.
ATG5 toothed belts have a standard pitch of 5mm, profile height of 2.7mm, of which tooth height is 1.2mm, total belt height is 5.5mm for wedge profile, 38 degrees for wedge profile.
ATG5 toothed belts can be made in OPEN and INFINITY BAKED versions. The minimum length of the baked belts is 900mm. The tensile strength of the baked sak is half the tensile strength of the original belt! By default, we supply an OPEN strap. Please clearly mark it in the comment section of the order if you request the strap to be endlessly baked.
